1  8	
2  11
4  16
8  22
16  32
32  45

As you get past 4 flashes reciprocity seems to take over and for 16 you
probably need 20 or more, etc.

Bracket.

Try to avoid.

I haven't been able to follow last advice and have done up to 50 pops
when desparate and before I had lots of strobe power.
