I'm not certain what you mean by this.  These are 'repairable' but
generally are replaced by a rebuilt prism assembly.

You've got me curious:  in recent years, I've had an M4 prism replaced
(same as the M2, M4-P, M4-2, and M6, so that's not a biggie, just
expensive) and a IIIf bd prism rebuilt. It would seem if they can do the
latter, that they could do the former.  I'll have to check on it.
