Moved to northern Alberta, Canada from Germany (north of Hamburg, therefore Danish first name) when I was 6. Over the years slowly headed south and west and thawed out. Now live in Vancouver, BC. Was working on my Master's in Physics (Low temperature) when it dawned on me that I wanted to deal with a broader range of topics. Profession A: Architect, with own firm here in Vancouver. Also do specialized consulting and design work for other architects and developers. Profession B: Architectural Photographer since I graduated from Architectural School and couldn't find a job within a reasonable timeframe. Photos published variously in all sorts of places, mostly trade magazines and bochures, but also things like stamps and billboards. Profession C: Mac consultant/troubleshooter/trainer dealing mostly with architectural offices and CAD/Imaging software. Present Leica equipment: 2-M6's 1-M4 15/8 Hologon 21/3.4 SA 21/2.8 Elmarit (still trying to sell it... - anybody out there?) 21/2.8 Elmarit ASPH. 35/2 late 35/1.4 ASPH 50/1 90/2.8 TE thin 90/2 recent 135/4 T-Elmar An extra 16mm Contax finder to use with the Hologon About 5 semi-broken 21mm finders A selection of about 50 Leica filters of all sizes; a legacy of previously owned lenses. By now I have learned not to get rid of spare filters, caps, lens hoods etc. Have used Leicas since about 1960, and have used most M items made, and a lot of LTM items. 5 Nikons with about 25 lenses 2 Konicas with about 5 lenses (a bit of sentiment here, as Konicas used to be my main SLR system) Rollei 35S Mamiya 645 system with a lot of stuff Hasselblad SWC Noblex 150U Mamiya 6 system Enough Sinar stuff to make 3 cameras at any one time; lots of stuff; lots of lenses. (See 4x5 bridge photo on web site, which was shot from motor end of crane boom 150m up with a Cambo). Other interests: yes. Off to Nepal, Singapore and Malaysia for the next month, so this is it for a while. * Henning J.
