     Steven & group,

     here's my survey 2 cents

     I have had (recently) 4 m6's, 28/2.8, 35/2, 35/1.4 asph, 50/2, 75/1.4,
     90/2, plus m4-p

     Problems

2x brand new m6 bodies had frame counter problems (one chrome, one titanium).
On one of these bodies (the chrome one) the rewind lever also fell off in the
first week.
The brand new 50/2 had a pubic hair in between the elements.
The brand new 90/2 had the wrong lens mount.
The frame lines on the used m4-p requied Don Goldberg's attention twice in 2
weeks to function correctly.

Mean time to repair for all brand new items was 4 weeks 1 day. Don Goldberg MTTR
was 2 days. For the thousands of dollars invested, I don't think this is good,
from either a product quality or service quality perspective.

What's good? A battery cover fell off, and under passport, Nils Thorsen only
took 2.5 weeks to get me 2 new ones!

Alistair

I have two M6's one older 161xxxx and newer(bought new)191xxxx and they have not
had failure of counter or rf alignment and are used daily and hard. Add this to
your survey data and also those who haven't had problems join in and add our
good news.
