There's a bunch, but I like Gianni Rogliatti's "Leica The First 70 Years".
It covers all Leica through about 1994 or 1995. A good overview, but it's
like potatoe chips (ok, so my politics are showing again), you can't put
it down until you've read it from cover to cover. Then, you'll refer to it
for years to come.
