The first step, of course, to universal happiness is to ensure that you
have GLASS in your eyeglasses, not plastic.  (The glass lenses, by the way,
are probably either Corning or Zeiss, while plastic lenses are possibly
Rodenstock.  I'm enough of a snob, sigh, that I DO check!)  Glass lenses
don't care nearly as much about being jammed up against the eyepiece as do
plastic lenses, and the only honest photo-ray lenses are glass.

The second is to do your own darkroom work:  frame integrity isn't so
important, as you can crop to fit.  Then, having the ABSOLUTE limits
CLEARLY defined is less important than the quality of the shot you are taking.

Third, you CAN order the lenses.  You have to also order the adapter and
eyecup, and these are a bit dear, running $125 or so, as I recall.  Call
Leica and ask them.
