LUGnuts:

Was in a seminar at PhotoPlus this last Friday with Alan Carey of The
Image Works in Woodstock NY discussing editorial stock photography.

Being where they are it makes sense that they would have the definitive
collection of Woodstock photos. As the 25 year anniversary of the
festival was approaching, the agency put out calls looking for photos
beyond what they had in the files.

And it turns out all but one of the photographers who responded had shot
ektachrome and all of the pictures had faded beyond use-----except for
one who still had pix in the little yellow boxes, unedited, original
Kodachromes, and they were not only good photos, but looked as good as
the day they were shot.

And made the photographer a lot of money and contributed to the history
of the world.
