      How about Sekonic L-308?  It is more compact than L-328 and has the 
     flash metering too.  I ordered it because a lot of people recommended 
     it.

Hey Ben,
     
I have never used either Sekonic, but I have used the Minolta Flashmeter III 
and currently have the Flashmeter IV.  I would still have the III but some 
lousy ... stole it from me while I was covering a Farm Aid concert a few 
years back.  Anyway I have found the Minoltas to be very accurate for both 
incident readings, Flash readings and flash with incident readings.  They 
are easy to use and display apperatures in tenths and the IV shows shutter 
speeds in 1/2 stop increments.  I also have the 10 degree spot adaptor for 
those odd instances when an incident reading just won't work and the M3 has 
no meter so I have to have something ...now we're on topic.  ;).  
They also give you flash readings at shutterspeeds from 1 second and up.
