Subject: photographing accidents.

I recently saw an accident take place, and another witness quickly jumped
out of his car and began taken pics of the accidents.  The only thing i
could think of is that the insurrance company might buy them.  They could
always supena them though.  Was he trying to sell the pics to the insurance
company of two one of the people in the accident.  Whichever one it is, is
this appropriate,  what is it best to concentrate on, and who should you try
to sell the pics to. (Undeveloped on the scene.........?????????????)
