I use a "vented" shade, 12585 and cap 14033 on my 50 Summicron. The shade
reverses and the cap goes on the reversed cap. This arragement accomodates
filters both Leitz and B+W with no problem.

Such caps and shades are available at swap meets and from various dealers
like KEH, Tamarkin, and Woodmere. Same is trur for the ones you mention
for the 90 Tele-Elmarit.
