Has Kodak snuck a new film in? Just shows how infrequently I use transparency film. Kodachrome 64. Sigh. Memory is the second thing to go. Digressing a little, I picked up a Polaroid Sprintscan 35/ES the other day and have been merrily playing with it to learn how to use it to best advantage. It works beautifully with my B&W and color negs, but I find that slides are just as difficult to get a good scan of as they are to get good prints out of; the negs all pop up with beautiful sharp, crisp details and lovely colors, the slides are 98% of them difficult to get good sharpness and color fidelity is very tricky. Amazing to see my darkroom so accurately reflected in a scanner/computer system. Godfrey
