This isn't really a problem.  Release the bayonet catch (push in the button)
and twist the lens.  BEFORE you take it out of the camera, gently but firmly
continue twisting and the adapter will begin unscrewing.  Then remove the
lens from the camera, finish taking off the adapter, and, voila!, another
satisfied Leica owner smugly puts the lens away.
