Well its not as easy as an M (judging from the ones I've looked through in shops....) but its 
certainly quite easy to make the adjustment,  I hardly notice it now - the rangefinder is certainly not 
a problem and I've got used to looking all around the frame (I have do it with my OM1 & 2 as well) . 
I'm generally more worried about what's on the other side!

Seems a shame to change to an M because of that, maybe try different glasses ?  I mean lets face 
it, M's are so big and clumsy compared to a screwmount.....;-)
