Apparently originating from Fokker Aircraft Industries in the Netherlands, used in the cockpit of a Fokker Fellowship 28. Hidden in a closet for more than 30 years after the war (no mentioning of where it was after that).... According to the rating used in The Leica International Price Guide, the first has a rating R10 ('impossible to find'), the second R8 (?). Both 'Fokker cameras' should have been on auction at Auction Team Koeln, at May 11th, a couple of days ago (mmm....didn't someone on this list visit Cologne recently?....;-)). Estimated price DM 30000/50000; according to Christies it must be closer to UKP 40000. Anyone know the person who uses one or both cameras in his private yet right now?....;-)) Bye, _/ _/ _/_/_/_/_/ _/_/_/_/_/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ _/ illem _/ _/ an _/ _/ _/ arkerink _/_/_/ The difference between men and boys is the price of their toys <w.j.markerink@a1.nl> [note: 'a-one' & 'en-el'!]
