Good heavens -- visit your friendly camera store and order them from Leica.
The current numbers are:

14100   tripod (now grey enamel finish)         about $75
14119   small ball-and-socket head              about $110
14110   large ball-and-socket head              about $140

Used, the tripod runs around $40 to $50, the small head around $50, and the
large head around $75.

These are the finest, just the finest, examples of these mechanisms yet to
enter quantity production.  They are absolutely wonderful.
