The tripod you're looking for is Leitz 14100. This comes without a head
which has to be purchased separately. It is a marvelous combination
particularly when travelling where the tripod can be braced against any
wall and held for long exposures.

KEH is selling the tripod without a head for around $56.

There was a smaller version, Leitz Code TOOQE, that had a black crinkle
finish and was probably originally designed for the III series cameras.
It works well but is less sturdy the the newer grey finish units. The
black tripod is becoming a collector's item with pricing accordingly.
Get the grey one.

Unlike other table top tripods I've seen - and there are some very good
ones - the Leitz tripod can be opened and the legs adjusted to span a
surface that is less than the 360 degrees most tripods need. For
example, the lends can be adjusted so the foot print of the tripod can be
held down on a 2x4" board. Very handy. Hope this helps.
