I know that with my older perscription and frames, I didn't have any scratching (and I had plastic lenses)---and I had the previous glasses/perscription for six year. Of course, I have no way of knowing what the future will bring...I can only base my observations on my own experiences...and an optometrist who is an "M" Leica-user herself... What else can I say???
