Peter,
I think that the “old” lenses are not a problem for a digital camera, the sensors do a perfect work. When I had my Monochrome I used it frequently with my old lenses and I lked very much the results. The modern lenses are for my personal preferences too sharp = too digital, ewith the old lenses you have a better approach to the traditional look of the film. Of course everyone of us has his preferrences, I think you are a person who like the classical look.
