[Leica] Batteries for M8/M9/MM

buy anything that fits.  If you do the math, you can get 10 cheapos for 
the price of one Leica original.  If they only last 1/3 as long, you are 
way ahead.

Still have my Monochrom and M9.  Use the cheapos.
