[Leica] Master index to LUG finally updated for 2023

[Brian Reid]

Every year on January 1 the LUG master index at http://leica-users.org/
needs to be adjusted manually. This year a combination of me being less
capable than I once was, the problem being more complex than it once
was, and various illnesses (myself and family) grabbing my time, I only
today managed to get it working again.

We haven't yet reached 1 million emails in the archives. Today it is
895,929.

And I still don't know how to use TikTok or Instagram. Probably never
will.
