Don't kidnap the builder.  Bribes of adult beverages, baked goods, and
cash.  Lots of cash.  Kidnapped builders get kinda sulky and forget
fastners, mis-size openings, forget plumbing lines, and possibly put
electrics in incorrect places.  😉
