Tardy vis-a-vis Boris is, unfortunately, an oxymoron!

I think that this is the boat that Zelensky wanted impounded and 
converted for military use by Ukraine.

Abramovich is getting hit now, The sale of Chelsea has been frozen by 
HMG. He was asking $3Bn.
