[Leica] If it doesn't have water, is it still a pool?

I will add to SonC's comments.  About half of Austin's pools won't open
this year as they can't find lifeguards.  $1000 signing bonus, free
training, and a minimum of $18.00 an hour.  When I was a teenager only the
truly cool kids could get jobs as lifeguards.  Now you can't pay them to
lifeguard:  I will be optimistic that all the young people are starting
nonprofits to end global warming, find homes for the unhoused, and research
a cure for monkeypox.
