[Leica] Windows issues?

Douglas,
I've run into boot problems on Win 10 because of having an SD reader
plugged in, and also a removable hard drive.  If I reboot with them
unplugged the boot goes fast enough but with them plugged into the USB the
boot slows and sometimes stalls.
