[Leica] Film availability

Lluis, the EU is a larger market than the US so it surprises me that there
isn't an outlet for consumer level chemicals.  I realize the government
agencies take a more aggressive approach to consumer safety in the EU than
the US but still possibly out of the Czech Republic or Serbia.
