[Leica] Dropping ties

Ric, that is a very interesting video.  I also looked at the still 
shots.  What I haven't figured out is, what are the crawler tracks 
resting on?  It seems to be moving along the top of the cars, and 
lifting ties unimpeded by a track, but that doesn't seem possible.

Please enlighten this old guy.
