Three dinners in our little household from the past week or so.

I have shown these dishes separately before, but this time we made them together. I kind of like the idea that even though the Greeks and the Turks do not like each other much, a Turkish dish and a Greek salad go together very well:

This was a first-time effort, buttery kimchi shrimp accompanied by braised pak choi. Anything involving kimchi is good by definition:

And another first-time effort, a pasta dish with no tomatoes whatsoever, but rather sautéed aubergine and courgette, with feta cheese as the active ingredient:
