[Leica] IMG: two more confinement dishes

Kofta is a nice dish, conceived in Middle Eastern and North Indian Mughalai
cooking as a way to get rid of leftovers. So, a warning! Only eat kofta at
friend's houses, where you are sure that reasonably fresh stuff is inside.
The flip side is that you dshould not order kofta in a restaurant, and
never ever, ever eat kofta at a restaurant/hotel buffet. You have no idea
how old the leftover food that has been converted to kofta is!
