[Leica] IMG: two more confinement dishes

I continue to add to my “cooking in confinement” gallery even though we are not in confinement anymore (although we may soon be again). But life still has many restrictions, so it seems reasonable. Two new dishes from the past couple of weeks:

Vegetarian kofta curry, with black beans as the meat substitute. It was the first time I made this, and it was a big hit:
