[Leica] IMG: Nathan's PAW 19: lifting of confinement

Restaurants here are allowed to open only for takeout/delivery. We very,
very rarely eat out in Chennai, because we eat enough unhealthy rubbish
during our frequent travels, so this has not affected us in any way
whatsoever.
