[Leica] Nathan's PAD 29/1/2020: El Campello traffic

Nice reality of Spain once you are out of the cities.   If I go a little
west of Austin and look for non state highways you will find cattle
wandering across the road looking for better grazing; mostly fence failures
but if you get far enough of the beaten path you will be driving on a
public road inside of private property and it is your responsibility to not
damage private property.
