[Leica] Nathan's PAD 14/12/2020: a different Christmas party at the office

In a normal year, we have two department-wide events each year: a Christmas lunch and a pre-summer break lunch in late June. We are around 45 employees plus a few externals, so a reasonably big group. Sadly, this is not a normal year, and no more than 6 people from different households can share a meal in a restaurant. So no Christmas lunch this year. But our intrepid Stephanie refused to surrender to the virus, and she organised a party in the office, with everyone participating online, but still with a quiz, drinks, and presents from Secret Santa, and even group singing of Jingle Bells.

I poured myself a glass of something sweet and participated in the online festivities, although once in a while I left my office to take some photos of those who were in the office (a fair proportion of the participants were working from home, and we even had a participant from The Hague, a colleague seconded to Europol):

Hopefully by late June we will all have been vaccinated and can have a proper summer kick-off lunch.
