[Leica] House sold, at long last

Congratulations! I am surprised it took so long in such an attractive place—we keep reading about the housing shortages in your part of California. When we moved from the Netherlands to Spain in 2007, it took until 2010 to sell our house in NL, at a large loss which took another 4 years to pay off. That was painful.
