In these times of confinement, one gets to appreciate life’s small pleasures. This morning I walked to the French bakery. The pleasure is three-fold: the walk itself, about 800 meters each way; the pleasant people in the bakery and the opportunity to practice my French; and the tasty products I buy there. Three images:

Today was a good day; I managed to drive to the center of Alicante to visit the Eastern European grocery to buy Polish goodies, without getting fined or arrested along the way.
