Most of the images for the first week of November are from Aarhus, the town in Denmark where I grew up. I was there to celebrate my best friend’s 60th birthday, and generally to enjoy the place—even in November. So I take you on a long walk around the centre of Aarhus, with things old and new, and to a Danish birthday party, with no dancing but great singing, great food and even better beer. It is all here:
