When my friend Lars visits every January, it is mostly about cycling, photography, good food and just a nice time. This year we had all of the above, plus a day trip to Valencia. This time Lars was exempted from kitchen duty; instead, this week’s food porn is a traditional Polish dish prepared by my Puerto Rican wife. It is all here:
