Nathan,
Those Pinarello Dogma F10s owned by Team Sky are quite gorgeous - each 
must cost ten grand plus at minimum. In engineering bicycles, the more 
you pay the less (weight) you get. Unfortunately, even mounted on one, 
with my current state of unfitness, I'd still be passed by everyone.
