[Leica] Photo-editing software recommendations?

So really you can't use lightroom with your own hard disk you have to use their cloud?

    LR Classic is now LR CCC - Classic but Cloud based.
    LR CC doesn’t work for (serious) photographers, you miss essential bells and whistles. 
    I tried it, and changed my subscription the next day to LR CCC.
