[Leica] Nathan's PAD 28/11/2018: a walk in the park in Warsaw

It appears that our friends in Warsaw have more sense than my friends in
Kansas City.  There are numerous fountains on the Missouri side that are
allowed to freeze over which is good for photograpers.  The spray is not so
good for pedestrians or cyclists.
