[Leica] Amtrak commuters

At least one can understand it in a country like India which has suffered its share of terrorist attacks. I agree that it is not the most effective method, but at least it can be justified. In Poland in the 1960s there was no terrorism; instead, the insance excuse was that photographs of railway stations or airports would be useful for evit Western spies.
