My totally subjective answer is that although I own Billingham and Domke (and other) bags, I think that I have recently hit jackpot with the Gitzo:

The outfit I am carrying in it right now in Sofia, Bulgaria (my first trip with this bag) is a Fuji with a lens mounted plus 4 other lenses. It should certainly be sufficient to accommodate the Leica outfit you describe. 

It is the best compromise between size, protection and convenience that I have encountered so far in my eternal quest for the perfect bag.
