[Leica] Nathan's PAD 3/2/2018: winter, for real this time

Thanks Jim. There is a military base there, with some listening equipment etc. It is open to the cycling public once a year, when you can cycle from the Puerto de Tudons (around 1050 m) up to the base at 1500 m.
