Thanks, Nathan.  The small towns sound ideal.  We will look seriously at
moving there if things don't improve here in the good old USA.  If we end
up with the same problems in 2020, we are definitely leaving.  Meanwhile,
I'm brushing up on my Spanish and Portuguese.
