[Leica] Battery Charger Connections

Thanks, Jim.  That was very helpful but discouraging.  It looks like the
only choice I have is to order more of those obscenely expensive batteries.

I just ordered 2 more from B&H which will give me a total of 6 which I hope
will last for the 10 days I'm there!!  Otherwise, I'll be taking photos
with my phone.
