Douglas,
Being the wine man, you might be interested in a news item in our papers
today that wineries are closing down in India (at last count there were 100
of them, believe it or not) faster than golf courses are in the USA! :-)

Finally, I guess either the product has to be good enough or hyped enough
to sell, and both seem difficult to achieve in a country of whisky
drinkers....
