[Leica] Nathan's PAD 12/6/2017: Brussels, ugly and beautiful

Nathan, nice images of a lovely square. Mind you, it was apparently
built with blood money. Having just re-read Conrad's Heart of Darkness,
it's hard to reconcile the wonderful gilded architecture with King
Leopold's savagery against the Congolese around the same time.
