The lack of medical care seems pretty significant for a retiree. I suppose you could make your diet more interesting but living without access to medicine…and I suppose there is not much internet access either. Your photos look beautiful but I suspect most of the people depicted would prefer to live somewhere more first-world if they had the chance.
