Wonderful expression! Do they have trains there? I ask because in Puerto Rico, which is certainly much more advanced than Central America, there are no trains—the terrains and relatively modest size of the island made railways impossible/impractical to build. I remember one of my brothers-in-law visiting us in Belgium in the 1990s—we passed a level crossing when driving and he asked me how I knew there was no train coming…
