[Leica] Nathan's PAD 20/2/2017: Centre Belge de la Bande Desinée

Meant to see that place when I visited Brussels as it was close to the 
hotel, but didn't have time. The Belgians certainly have been very 
successful with their cartoonists across Europe, but I'm not sure that 
USians know the likes of Tintin or Lucky Luke. Here in Ireland, the Tintin 
cartoons graced the Irish Times during my childhood, and they were very 
popular. Mind you, Marx's Das Kapital as a comic strip book does seem to 
stretch the concept. What next? Finnegan's Wake as one?
