[Leica] Keeble & Shuchat closing

I see. I did find Palo Alto fairly gentrified when I visited 2 or 3 years ago, but on the other hand you should not complain; the tech companies have not just brought billionaires but also lots of well-paying jobs. If the resulting housing costs in the Bay Area are ridiculous, it is partly because of onerous restrictions on new construction. Same kind of thing you see in places like London or Zurich.
